How many boats can I enter yachtmaster.it booking charter?

The yachtmaster system only requires a 5% commission on successful transactions. This fee is anticipated by the customer who books (via an online payment) and discounted by the total amount of the reservation.   • equipment: Consisting of 3 sections 'Equipment', 'Tools', 'Accessories' and for each of them check what is present on your boat.
  • prices: Composed of 5 sections:
  • Calendar seasons starting from the current year define the periods that will subtend the price lists for the 'very low season', 'low season', 'medium season', 'high season', 'very high season'. Remember that all 365 days of the year must be 'filled'
  • Price list: enter the prices expressed in Euro for the daily rental / lease of your boat by filling out the proposed fields. If you do not intend to use one or more seasons, (ex: 'very high season') you can leave the price at '0' or insert the one of the next season. The system will define the 'boat cost' based on the calendar you have defined
  • Extra costs charge a cost (expressed in euros) to the extras you intend to provide to customers. From the drop-down menu, you can define that the cost is calculated 'one-off' (only once regardless of the duration of the freight) or 'per day' (cost multiplied by the number of days of freight). If you intend to offer a service to your customers free of charge (ex: the tender) you can check the 'mandatory' box to make it clear that that extra service is included in the rental without additional charges. The same procedure to make an extra fee mandatory (ex: final cleaning).
  • Security deposit: Write the amount (expressed in euro) of the possible 'deposit' to be left as a deposit.
  • Information: this section includes 2 other subsections 'Boat rental' (which refers to the bareboat) and 'Cabins booking' (which refers to the cabin charter). For each of these two sections you can then tell your customers what is included in the quota by filling in the text fields 'The price includes' and 'The fee does not include'.
  • If instead you intend to use your boat for the 'cabin charter' you will also have to fill the section:
    • Cabins: Click on 'Add Cabin' and choose from the drop-down menu the type of cabin (eg: double, two bunk beds, single, sofa bed in the dinette ...) being careful to choose exactly. Now indicate how many of these cabins are on your boat, if you have a private bathroom and describe it in great detail. Moving to the 'Prices' section, define a daily price (expressed in euro) for each of the present seasons. If you do not intend to use one or more seasons, (ex: 'very high season') you can leave the price at '0' or insert the one of the next season. The system will define the 'cabin cost' based on the calendar you have defined. Now save the settings by clicking on 'Confirm'. Repeat this procedure for each of the cabins present

  • I entered the data of a boat but does not appear on the homepage among the search results. What should I do?
    Access your owner's control panel by logging in. Enter the 'Boats' section and check that the status of your boat is 'Active'. If it is 'Not active' you can activate it by clicking on the button. Only active boats are visible in the public areas of the portal.


    How do I change or delete data related to my boat (description, price, calendar seasons ...)
    Access your owner's control panel by logging in, enter the 'Boats' section. In the boat table, on the right, you will find 3 'function' keys:

    • By clicking on you can change the data associated with your boat.
    • By clicking on delete the selected boat completely.
    • By clicking on / put your boat in 'stand by' (you can reactivate it following the same procedure)


    I want to make my boat 'not available' in a certain period of the year, avoiding that it is displayed / booked by users. What should I do?
    Access your owner's control panel, enter the 'Planning' section. Select (from the drop-down menu) the name of the boat you are interested in. Scroll through the calendar to find the period of interest and with the mouse positioned on a day. Click on it with the mouse and immediately your boat is 'unavailable' for that day. You can quickly repeat the operation for every day of 'boat stop'. To make the boat available again, simply click on the relevant day box again.


    Can I use my boat as well as for the 'bareboat' also for boarding the cabin 'cabin charter'?
    Yes of course!! yachtmaster allows you to use your boat both for rental / lease for exclusive use and for individual boarding to the cabin. To make the 'cabin charter; with your boat, you must define (in the 'boat' section) the preparation of the interior spaces ... in short, create the cabins that compose it. ('boat' subsection 'cabin charter' section). Having done this you can create cruises, associated with specific itineraries. Those cruises will be shown to users as 'boarding the cabin with overnight stay', will have a default itinerary and a availability of beds linked to the number of cabins available decremented by any bookings received from the system.


    What is meant by 'Cruise' and 'Itinerary'?

    What do I do if I receive reservations outside the booking system yachtmaster.it booking charter?

    How do I view the 'activity calendar' of my boat in detail?
    Access your owner's control panel, enter the 'Planning' section. Select (from the drop-down menu) the name of the boat you are interested in. The calendar opens to you today. Advance month by month by clicking on / to position yourself in the month of your interest. As mentioned, the calendar is 'interactive' and on it you can take actions:

    • make a boat available / unavailable on certain days by clicking on the 'free' box of the calendar with the mouse
    • to change a cruise: by clicking on a box that underlies a cruise, the 'cruise' tab opens and allows its modification.
    • change a reservation: by clicking on one of the boxes that underlie a reservation made by a customer, you can change the dates of the reservation, add extra costs, recalculate the amounts and enter the amounts left as a deposit.


    Can I use the booking of yachtmaster.it booking charter to communicate to brokers with whom I work the availability calendar of my boats?

    How can I enlarge / reduce the size of a map (zoom)?
    Quickly click twice with the mouse on it. The system enlarges the map by highlighting the details and centering the map at the point where it is clicked. The same result is obtained by moving the cursor on the left side of the map with the mouse


    What happens if I click on a circle with a number inside?
    If you click quickly twice with the mouse you will enlarge the map resolution and it could happen that (eg: click twice on a circle with 60 results inside it located on the gulf of Naples and opens a map with 4 circles, one on Naples with 20 results one on Ischia with 10 results, one on Capri with 15 results and one on Sorrento with 15 results.If you only click once on the circle, opens a 'comic' where you can browse the boats / cruises in the area subtended by circle.
